I would like to thank Simon Sinek for his work on the importance of Why. Learning about this concept completely changed how I view communication. If you would like to learn more you can view this TED talk. This was how I learned about it. He also has several books including "Start with Why" & "Find Your Why".

Lessons learned today, even when not feeling well keep the momentum going by at least doing something small (especially in the early stages of a new project).
